Overview
The Orders Report shows all merchandise product orders made within your selected date range. This includes team uniforms, equipment, fundraising items, and custom payment requests.
Use this report to track what's been sold, manage inventory, and organise product fulfilment.
Generate the report

Go to Reports
- Navigate to Admin Portal > Reports
- Click Orders tab
- Select Orders Report

Set your options
- If you are an Admin Body organisation, select the Organisation you wish to run a report for (or leave as All Organisations). For Clubs and Associations, skip this step.
- Choose your Product (or leave as All Products)
- Set the From and To Dates for your report period
- Click Generate

Download your report
- Wait for the success message
- Go to Generated Reports tab
- Click Download for CSV format
Understanding your report
What you'll see
Each product ordered appears as a separate row. If someone ordered 3 different items, you'll see 3 rows with the same Order Number.
Key information included
- When - Order Date
- Who - Customer name and Profile ID
- What - Product Name, Quantity, SKU
- Where - Delivery address details
- How - Fulfilment Method (pickup/delivery)

Report fields
- Order Details: Order Date, Order Number, Order ID
- Customer Information: First Name, Last Name, Profile ID, Address details
- Product Information: Product Type, Product Name, Quantity, Merchandise SKU
- Delivery Information: Fulfilment Method, Address, Suburb, Postcode, State, Country
- Custom Options: Any product variants or special requirements appear as additional columns
Frequently asked questions
Why are there multiple rows for one order? Each product appears on its own row. Look at the Order Number to see which items were bought together.
Can I see payment details? No, this report shows products only. Use the Transaction Report for payment information.
How do I track inventory? This shows what's been sold. You'll need to compare with your stock records to see what's remaining.
What are the new fields? We've added Profile ID, Order ID, Order Item ID, and Product Type to help with tracking and analysis.
