Overview

The electronic scoring portal is a dedicated platform for managing live game scoring. Access requires electronic scoring administrator permissions and uses the same login credentials as your main PlayHQ account.

Sessions are secured with a personal PIN that you'll use throughout your scoring session.

Logging into the scoring portal

1. Access the Portal
   1. If you're in Australia or New Zealand, then navigate to https://score.playhq.com/ and select your sport
   2. If you're in the United Kingdom, then navigate to https://be.score.playhq.com/
   3. Enter your PlayHQ account credentials
   4. Click Login

If you cannot access the portal, confirm you have been granted electronic scoring administrator permissions.

Setting up your scoring session

1. Select Venue and Date
   1. Choose your venue from the dropdown menu
   2. Select the game date you'll be scoring
   3. Verify the games listed match your expectations
2. Create Your Security PIN
   1. Enter a memorable 4-digit PIN
   2. Confirm your PIN entry
   3. Click Start Session

⚠️ Important: Remember your PIN - you'll need it to exit games and end your session securely.

Selecting your game

Once your session is active:

1. Review the games available for your selected venue and date
2. Click on the specific game you'll be scoring
3. The game interface will load, ready for lineup management and scoring
