What you'll achieve

Set up automatic fixture updates so you never miss important match information or last-minute changes.

Before you begin

Ensure you have any PlayHQ mobile app installed and are logged into your account with at least one profile in your account holding an active team registration.

Getting your personalised fixture feed

  1. View the Home page.
  2. Your Team Schedule automatically displays matches for teams you and any children or dependents are allocated to, plus any favourite teams that you've pinned to home. Game times are displayed according to the local time of your device.

Setting up notifications for fixture changes

  1. Tap the Profile icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Scroll down to the Notifications section.
  3. Enable Team Schedule Updates to receive alerts about venue changes, time adjustments, and cancellations. You will receive a notification if changes to your team schedule occur within 10 days of an upcoming game.

If you encounter issues

  • Not seeing expected fixtures? Check that your profile is linked to the correct teams in your account settings. Team managers may need to confirm if your fixture has been released publicly.
  • Missing notifications? Ensure your phone's notification settings allow PlayHQ to send alerts. Check both app settings and your device's main notification preferences.
  • How do I know which fixture relates to each child under my account? Each fixture in the Team Schedule clearly shows the team name and the initials of the player connected.

What happens next

Your fixture feed will automatically update when new matches are scheduled or existing fixtures change. Notifications will arrive based on your selected preferences.
